2. Orders & Payment

All purchases are completed through this website’s checkout system.

​

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed through PayPal.

K.B. Riley Books reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

​

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once payment has been processed, the agreed price will be honored.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout is completed.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

​

Physical products may be fulfilled and shipped in one of two ways:

• Books fulfilled directly by K.B. Riley Books

• Merchandise fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider

Books ship via USPS. Merchandise fulfilled by Printful may also ship via USPS or other carrier partners.

​

Shipping timelines may vary based on inventory availability, print-on-demand production schedules, holidays, or carrier delays.

​

If books are temporarily out of stock, additional processing time may be required before shipment.

​

K.B. Riley Books is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, but reasonable assistance will be provided when possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

​

Book Purchases

All book sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue, you must contact contact@kbrileybooks.com within 7 days of delivery.

Resolutions may include replacement or refund at the sole discretion of K.B. Riley Books.

​

Merchandise

Merchandise is fulfilled by Printful via Print-On-Demand and produced specifically for each order.

​

Refunds or replacements for merchandise are only available in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

​

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photo documentation.

​

Refunds for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not guaranteed.
