By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. (Don’t worry—nothing sneaky, just the essentials.)
1. Order Process
All purchases are made by submitting a form on this website. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email from contact@kbrileybooks.com to confirm details and arrange secure payment via PayPal, Venmo, or another approved method. Orders are not considered final until payment is received.
2. Pricing
Prices listed on the website are current as of the date shown. Prices may change at any time without notice, but you’ll always be informed of total cost before payment.
Shipping is a flat rate unless otherwise specified. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly stated during your order confirmation.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal, Venmo, etc.). This site does not collect or store your payment information. If you have issues with your payment provider, please contact them directly.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS or another agreed-upon carrier. You will be contacted with tracking info once your order is on its way. Please allow additional time during holidays, book launches, or preorder windows.
K.B. Riley Books is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they’ve been shipped, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged item or there is a mistake with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.
Refunds may be offered at my discretion depending on the issue.
6. Use of Content
All text, images, and content on this site—including books, blog posts, product names, and descriptions—are the intellectual property of K.B. Riley Books and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
